Vinyasa Flow Class (90 minutes): Vinyasa flow class that combines mindful movements with conscious breathing to allow cultivation of positive energy within the self.

More about Steph: Steph fell in love with the practice of yoga about 4 years ago when she moved to Chicago to pursue her career as a veterinary nurse in Oncology.  She has found that yoga has helped her become more centered and grounded in the fast paced world of medicine.  During the winter of 2016, she heightened her practice and received her 200 hour teacher training through Yoga Loft Chicago where she found her real self and has since let it truly shine.  She is currently a teacher with Moksha Yoga Lakeview. When not practicing yoga, Steph enjoys cross-stitching, painting, travelling, and spending time with her family and pets.

Instructor: Tiffany Seybert

About Tiffany: Tiffany Seybert has studied with luminaries of the musical world. She earned her music degree at Roosevelt in Chicago. She's also the founder of Tarpit, one of four bands to start Crank Records in the 90's. She completed a 30-year career in global banking and is now a fintech exec, working for a UK company at her Rogers Park office. She has advanced Kundalini teaching credentials and has taught publicly and privately for ten years. In Jan 2016 she piloted a three-month program called Cop To Yoga® at the Chicago Police 24th district. The short, free, weekly classes are comprised of Kundalini breath work meditations done while listening to classical music. It's a powerful realignment that quickly delivers a calming counter balance to the unique stresses of being a CPD officer. The cops voted unanimously to continue the program; we're in our tenth month. The goal is to make Cop To Yoga programs available to all CPD personnel.
